Perfect sentiment for when families get together for the holidays!

    (And very nice inlay cutting!)

Thanks for your comment on photography. I recently bought a portable photo booth and used it to take this photo, using my cell phone, which will appear on my web page when it is up and running.

You inlay work is impeccable! And I agree on your picture. A while back I bought a card board box to make a photo light box out of, just haven't gotten around to doing it. In the pen making days taking pictures of the pens was as much fun as making them. Most pen makers really worked and have neat pictures. I sorta want to get into that again with my scroll saw work.. I don't display to sell or anything, but think it is fun to take pictures as best I can.

Received an order, at my last show, for eight of these tissue box covers. They picked them up today and ordered five more. Walnut with maple inlay. Tissue box.jpg

Nice box! Even if it isn't cedar LOL. Are your sides butt joints or 45s?

Both of the tissues boxes shown here are beautiful work. Love the walnut. One day I am going to attempt some inlay. I think I will let hubby figure it out and then show me. Thanks for sharing your work.

Forty-five degree joints cut on my miter saw. Just the four sides. The top is a simple butt joint.
