I posted this in my yahoo group and thought I would share here as well. Several months ago I was ask to do a custom pattern of Palm Sunday for a Doctor in South Carolina. He wanted it to be about 84" long and 35" tall with around 1000 pieces. I made it the size he ask but at 481 pieces. It was dedicated to his church last Sunday.

Peter I use pattern wizard to make my pattern so to speak but It's much more involved than that. This picture was a composite of probably six or more photos. I took parts of each one, re-sized them and made the picture I had in my head.
Next step when I get it into PW I need to draw the lines I want and leave out the portions I don't need. It helps to be able to visualize what you want the end product to be but you can make anything into a pattern if you break it up right.Bruce F. Worthington

Heinz worked on it for probably three months but I don't know how many hours it took to actually make. I spent about 30 hours on the design.Bruce F. Worthington

Reply to What do you think? For something like a table saw the volume of air moved is much more important than whether a good vacuum is produced....

Reply to What do you think?Agree with Scott that it will not be large enough for a saw but would work ok with smaller pieces of equipment.
