Is there a substitute for motor brushes for the Delta 18 inch variable speed Q3 40-650 scroll saw ?

While I do not know if they are still available, you might a local motor repair shop.They might be able to either provide a replacement or direct you to someone who can.

If you have a Grainger electric near by, give them a try. I have bought a set of Brushes from them for a motor I had.
