The Christian fish

For those of you that might be interested.... Many years ago, I worked out the geometry of the fish symbol used by Christians. I was amazed to find my old notebook.
H is height
L is length
R is radius

i remember this from studying the origins which were long before jesus:

"Critics of the fish symbol either decry it as tacky tokenism or point out that the fish still carries baggage from the days when pagans used it to represent fertility or, more specifically, the female reproductive organs"
I still smile when i see it on the back of cars.

Then you start experimenting with line thicknesses and inserting text or other symbols and you are a pattern designer.
