    Dust Collection on a dime.

Here's an alternative material for the mainline ductwork on your dust collection sytem.Use empty carpet roll tubes.Your 4" couplings and elbow fittings will fit nicely inside the tube. They come in about 10 ' lengths. If you have an "obstacle " in the way of duct routing ,the flex tube will fit over the outside diameter of the tube. Just cut the tube, and junction with a piece of flex tube routed around the obstacle. Visit your local carpet /flooring dealer, you can likely get all you need at no charge.Since they'te made of cardboard, there's hardly any static buildup, which improves the performance of your grounding wire.
