    G'day all,
As regular member would know, my Dad is blind and loves his wood work.
I bought him a Random Orbital Sander for Fathers Day (Which I must get in the post ASAP). and to help him align the paper with the plattern I knocked up this little jig to include for him.

You don't have to be blind to appreciate that gadget. That is something you should market !

Agree. It's the simple ideas that leave me scratching my head thinking, "Why didn't I think of that"!

                Thanks everyone.

I enjoy making jigs and patterns (Not Scrolling ones). I think I like the challenge of trying to make something useful for the shed, and something that makes life just a little bit easier.

If I patent it and sell enough I just may be able to buy one of those magnificent pieces of art that Kevin so kindly showed us LOL

I always have a ton of trouble lining up my sandpaper disk. What a great idea JohnB! I just might have to build a jig myself.

JohnB, the day after you posted that pattern, I made one for me and one for my son-in-law. We love it and it saves us a lot of time....Thank you so much for sharing that jig and I do think you should patent it. Mike

John what a wonderful thing to do for your dad. I think that is way better than the jig. Although that is pretty cool too. Thank you for your kindness.

Thanks for the advice Linda, I may have to do that. The future bride and groom are avid golfers so I would like to do something special for them. Also I am Godfather to the bride and I'm very humbled that she asked me to do this for her.
