I have a copy of the Navy emblem thanks to M.D. here on the board....scroller, cherry tree, wildwood and winfield...all scrollsaw suppliers for patterns etc have them ... If I can find the pattern, I will contact you and send a copy....I have gotten sidetracked and didn't use it yet and finding it may take some doing : :P
John use the google search engine (click on images) and you'll find every emblem for every branch of just about every military organization in the world.
When you find the one(s) you want, right-click and save it to your computer. If it's not big enough, print it, if you have a scanner you can use the scanner to enlarge (or reduce) the size of go to the post office, wal mart, kinkos, etc and have them do it for you (not very expensive).
If you need help finding something in particular, give a shout and I'll be happy to help! I may have what you're looking for laying around the house somewhere.
What a excellent carving!! I am a former Marine and would like to know how to purchase that clock and how to have a emblem made for my desktop. I would like to send one to my brother who has served 1 tour in Afganistan and 1 tour in Irag as a door gunner.

Sent you a private message if you are talking about my military clocks. They are for sale. If it was not my message you were answering to then please disregard. Thank you!
I went to the Air Force site and downloaded the Air Force Symbol and scrolled it out once. I imagine you can go to any of the service sites and do the same.
A few years ago, the "other magazine" had Marines, Coast Guard, Bradley Army Tank, Navy Destroyer, National Guard & AF Fighter Jet, in their christmas issue for ornaments. The Coast Guard is my very best seller! If you want, I'll let you know what issue. Also, the site AFSP has tons of patterns to d/w & use. You need to join first. Some great pattern makers in there. I've used the AF emblem this year and 101st Airborne - Screaming Eagles pattern.

It can be done using just the scroll saw but I like to use my band saw for the long cut and scroll saw for the short cut on each one of these. I do this with most of the toys I make....
