I like those. What size blade seems to work best for you?

I use a number 2 FD. Cardboard on top and bottom of album, glue pattern to cardboard. Cover with packing tap area that will be cut. Speed on my Dewalt 788 at about 1 1/2 to 2, very slow. Don't try and make real thin cuts and when cutting the outside edge cut in out in several peices.

Those are great! I saw a couple of those at the Somerset show in a club booth. I like to see people cutting things other than wood with the scrollsaw!

I use free clipart as patterns and try and match the type of music to the patterns. Working on Beatles this weekend. Looking for michael jackson album for a friend.
