  • To all ornament swappers

Well the tree is coming down today By far the prettiest tree we've ever had . I have taken pictures of all the wonderful ornaments I have received via the ornament swap while still on the tree, before moving them to a permanent display. I would like to post the pics ( I'm very proud of them ) but feel strongly about the etiquette involving posting another member's work. Personally I have no such issues regarding the posting of the ornament I cut, but respect the fact that others might. What I'm asking for is contact from everyone involved ......whether in this thread or through PM to get your permission to post a pic of your ornament for all to enjoy. No hard feelings if you'd rather I didn't ( truly ) . I 100% respect that !
Thanx everyone for making my first " scrolled " Christmas one to remember for years to come ......I'm already looking forward to next year

Yes, feel free to post a picture or three. I am planning on doing so too, but I need to get this picture resizing figured out first. I tried the other night and was unsuccesful. Dale

Happy for you to post a picture of mine. Our tree will still be up till at least Friday when one of our daughters and little ones arrive on Friday for a belated celebration. With grandchildren here at different times this year our celebrations have been rather extended and is just wonderful! In fact the tree probably won't go down until after the 11th when they leave.
                Cheers. Teresa .

                  Fine by me.

I must say this is the first year since I moved out on my own, over 20 years ago, that I actually left the tree up until New Year's Eve. Usually, by the evening of the 25th I'm so tired of looking at it that it comes down.

Haven't put my new little tree up yet as I have some rearranging to do but it will go up this week and my ornaments will be proudly displayed there. I'll post pics once I get everything situated.

Gosh, I didn't think to ask for permission to post the ornaments, I'm sorry if I offended anyone.

You can go ahead and post the one I sent, like Carl said it's yours now.

I'm glad you enjoyed the swap and I hope to see you all participate next year.
