Can someone please help me? I registered on here a while back and not only can I not remember my password, I can't remember my login name. How can I find out my login name? Obviously I must have tried several times because each time I enter an email address, I get the message another member has this email address, blah blah blah! and that other member is ME! HELP! LOL!

Re: HELP!
If you click on Login, there will be some orange writing that says 'Forgot Password?' click that and insert your email address and the website should automaticly send you a new password. Then login, click on profile, and change your password to something you will remember.

Re: HELP!
First of all thank everyone for your help. When I saw JT's reply I kind of knew what my problem is. My email address is not will89989 (to many 9's). I logged in using will89989 and clicked on forgot password. And it successfully sent my password to will89989, whoever that is! In fact, when I didn't get the password within a few minutes I tried it again! And it sent it to the wrong address again! And since I made up usernames on all my email addresses and don't remember the login name for them much less the passwords, it won't let me get in to get the user name or password! PHEW!! Bob, when I get home tonight (yes, they let me use a computer at work, frightening, isn't it? LOL), I will send you all the email addresses I may have used, there are only 3, and we will see what can be worked out by your computer gurus. Again, thanks to all of you. Without JT I would have never figured this out. I think my brain is being taken over by sawdust! LOL

Re: HELP!
Well, I'm still unable to logon under my user name. And when I sign on under will8989 and request my password it says it sent it to me but it never arrives here! LOL! I have just written to Bob to ask his computer gurus to help me out with this as apparently I have logged on 3 times using all my email addresses and now it won't let me set up a new user name because the email address I put in is currently being used - by me! LOL Will keep everyone posted! ROFL!!!

Re: HELP!
HORRAY! I am now a member! don't ask me how but it finally worked. They still have a member using [email protected], which is me, and they still won't give me the password for that account, so they must have cleared out one of my other accounts because HERE I AM!!Betty

by RolfI periodically get asked if I am still making the kits. The answer is yes.
I get a private message on the forum to which I reply but suspect new people to the forum don't check for a response.
So please, if you have sent me a PM check for a response.-

Reply to Hegnerby RolfThe Hegner like some other saws have a sweet spot or not so sweet spot where they may vibrate. I know they need to have a solid footing.
When we were younger (2005) we used to bring our saws to our club meeting in an old barn with wooden floors. The seasoned scrollers all had Hegners. The rest...-

Reply to Eccentric adjustmentby RolfI assume you are talking about changing the stroke length. Looking at the manual it says you can shorten it for cutting thin wood and or metal. I have never known anyone that did that. We have several Hegner owners in our club. I am not one of them.
