Hello Tim, check out this book http://www.foxchapelpublishing.com/p....cfm?sku=2933s it is by Neal Moore.
There are several other books available but this one is the latest and is very good.
You might want to check out this link also http://www.prowoodart.com/index.htm I know I was amazed at the segmentation projects that Kerry produces.

      Tim,
I have found some interesting ideas in printed and online coloring books. Nice simple pictures that sometimes spark my imagination . They're good practice too ....something I need plenty of PM me if you would like some links

Sue and Toni have some really neat and different kinds of segmentation projects on their site as well. As a matter of fact, the only segmentation I've done was one of theirs.
        Ooops, forgot the link.

Just bought 3 books on amazon.com hopefully they'll assist in getting me started in segmentation patterns etc.

I'm working on finishing up a fretwork pattern (family portrait for a friend for a gift for his daughter.) once thats finished and a few christmas gifts for me to hand out personally, I'll have more time to devote to segmentations and all. But im working on the research end at the moment, so keep all your suggestions / advice comming for this topic. Your help is greatly appriciated.

Thanks again for any and all help,

Most intarsia patterns can also be cut out as segmentation. Just ignore the arrows and watch how you lay it out.

Tim - I found a few patterns under stained glass patterns-- some are really nice and I am anxious to test them

I have made a number of those Harvey puzzles. They are a lot of fun. You really need to be patient and let the blade cut. Even the slightest pressure can ruin your puzzle piece fit. My go to is a Pegas #3 MGT....

Congrats on your pending retirement and gaining a new daughter. I have been retired close to 6 years now and I have no idea where the time went. Yes retirement will mean some adjustment but I can tell you it is the best job I have ever had. By the way. If you think retirement means unlimited shop...

Thanks to all for the kind comments.

Norma and I are still growing into our 'new' home but are really happy that we got this work done and everyone who has seen the transformation have been wowed.

From my side I'm really pleased with how my kitchen extension idea worked out....

Hi guys - it seems like I am back in business. The offending 'F' key seemed to lack sufficient travel to push down on the main board so I stuck a thin sliver of plastic under it with super glue and that seems to have solved the problem.

The only downside is I now have no excuses for my...

WOW! I really like your taste in doors etc. I have have always leaned towards contemporary / modern. But our house is a small cape and that style would not suit it. Since we are both Geminis we have 4 people and our house is very eclectic. Each room has a bit of different style.
