Am I missing something? It seems like there is just a different home page but all the forums are the same as they always were.
Maybe it is just my computer.

          Re: New Scroll Saw Website

I talked to Bob and they are going to make some changes in the forums also. Don't know about the carving site but they might just make one forum for scroll sawing instead of 3.
Question for Hi_Ho. Do you do any scroll sawing or just carving? I know that Fox has the best carving magazine, however the Scroll Saw Work shop magazine might take over someday. :P

              Hi_Ho,

I was just wondering, all your pictures are about carving.
You have some very nice carving there.

Someday I will get hold of you for some of those dutchmen blades...still haven't tried them! : but when you hear so much good about something, they must be good

I would also like to see some pictures of your wagons. Must be really hard to scroll something as complicated as wagons. I sure like looking at all the nice carvings on your site.

                          Re: New Scroll Saw Website

Hi Ho. I checked your misc album and the wagons were not there. I have an interest in wagons from days gone by. Only reason I wanted to see them is because there are some rodeos in the summer between Sandpoint and Boise Idaho and quite often there is a covered wagon or chuckwagon there that I find intriquing and was wondering what one would look like as a scrollsawed project.
I will check again later and see if the pictures have been entered.

I don't remember which one I used but I think it was somewhere around #12 which is .029 diameter. Anything between 12 and 19 will work you would just adjust your slot width. There is a pattern for bending it to shape do you have that?

Over the years I've found that cutting old wooden plates can be very rewarding. Most of them are very good wood and when you finish your cut out the plate already has a nice finish on it.. I normally buy mine at yard sales or Good Will whenever I can find them....
