Hi Everyone, I know this is probably an unusual request but I am looking for a pattern for a paddle. It is for a friend that has just had a baby girl. I am sure that it will not be used. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
I have one here somewhere, I would cut them for a girlfriend who did the woodburning thing on them. I would have to look around some to see if I can find it though, been through 2 computers since then. The paddle was about 30" in length, maybe 8" wide.... should I look?
Take care

Just watch the movie about FDR, Georgia springs I think it's called, something like that. Men back then were fierce and strick, (Like my Dad). I'll bet after watching that you'll find inspiration. Gotta think mean, lol. My Mom used to have a rubber Cat-a-nine tail. It was scary to look at. She never used it on me though.Jim

Toni,
Must be a coincidence--I am looking for a paddle pattern to cut & burn if you happen to find it. Thanks in advance!Last edited by Randy Huckeby; 02-27-2007, 09:09 PM.

Reply to Harbor Fraughtby will8989That is the one store I physically get sick as soon as I walk in. The odor of rubber is overwhelming and I’m good for 3 minutes before I have to leave. Sure glad other stores aren’t like that. Hmmm maybe my bank balance would be higher if they were.

Reply to Harbor Fraughtby Bill WilsonI wonder if their effort to offer better quality products may have something to do with it. Seems like they want to market themselves as something more than just a cheap tool supplier. Maybe reducing the number of things eligible for the big discount coupons is part of a campaign to change their image....

Reply to Question about tilting head sawsby Bill WilsonI've owned both tilting table and tilting head saws. My current saw is an EX-21 (pre-Chinese made version) with the tilting head. I have to say that for beveled cuts, I much prefer the EX over my previous tilting table saws (Craftsman and Dewalt). I think a lot of it is the rack & pinion angle...

by hotshotJust a random annoyance . . . . Anyone get frustrated by the Harbor Freight ads that say no exclusions, then you see the details and see "for items under $20", or worse yet, in super small print, "Can not be used for: Atlas, Bauer, Central Machinery, CoverPro, Hercules, Predator, compressors,...

High ceilings make a house look super elegant. You have the option of doing some cool interior doors that are not possible with 8 foot ceilings. A lot of the large very old houses in my area have those....-
