  • granddaughters 9th b'day presents

Here are some of the things I cut for my granddaughter's 9th b'day yesterday. Most were cut this month but a 2 were cut in late January. Sorry about the quality of some of the pictures but I think I'm better with a saw than a camera. I don't guarantee that the pictures are in the same order as the descriptions. Thanks for looking and as usual, all constructive comments and criticisms that make me a better scroller, are greatly appreciated.

Wish I had a good memory like that George, but I had a clue in the dinosaur skeleton photo...

Jim, yes it was on purpose. 9 years old, 9 presents. She does love all animals but is really into horses this year. She considers the imaginary unicorn and pegasus to be horses. My objective is to fill her house with scrolled things.

Wood Dog, along with you and many other people, she mistook the saber tooth tiger (cat) for a dinosaur when she saw it last night. Not at all related to the dinosaurs but a Smilodon. A carnivorous Pleistocene mammal also known as a saber tooth cat and found throughout N. and S. Am. About the size of a lion. Died out about 10,000 years ago. Many skeletons of it are found in Los Angeles in the La Brea Tar Pits.

Thanks for all the nice comments folks. She is in the process of redecorating her room from princesses and butterflies to horses and butterflies so I guess I'm not cluttering her house too much.........yet.
Jim, if I'm still around and able to scroll, it will be 30 presents for her.
