first of all i wanted to thank everyone here for such a warm welcome. now for the next thing is there anyone here that does portraits that lives in maryland penn north carolina west va virginia area that might be willing to meet me to help teach me how to do portraits. i am workng with psp 10 on a laptop with a wacom 4x5 graphics pad. i also have coyote. i would be willing to pay you for your time. i am the type of person that learns better from watching a task be done than reading about it and doing it. if there is anyone willing to do this i would really apreciate it. thanks to everyone again!!!

    Hi Chuck,

I'll see about setting up my laptop with the Wacom and see if my techiques apply to portrait type work as well is they do to the other stuff I do. Drop me another e-mail and we'll work something out.

Perhaps there is a woodcraft store in your area...I know they are based out of west virginia. They usually have classes, especially for scrolling.

There is a Woodcraft in Parkersburg WV. Funny that name came up for that is where I bought my Delta Q3 40-650 about fifteen years ago and still running strong. Steve

I use #7 on my younger kid puzzles. Easier for them to put together.

I did forget to mention he cut a finger on his left hand with the bandsaw. Just took skin off. Lucky again. Told him he was calling 911 next time.

Jim, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the left you’ll find some style options that change the font size and color. I’ve been using Defalt vB5 Style, and it seems to be about the best for my iPad, but I’m still experimenting with my iMac.
