I went up to our WalMart and they want $4.54. I never get those kind of deals.

I just called our local Walmart and they do not have it on clearance either. I was told that not all stores clear the same things out. Our local Walmart is considered a test store and it was suggested to try a smaller Walmart. We have the Super Walmart here.
