I love things I see here. I'm amazed at the things people turn into wood. It adds a touch of history to a piece. We are a blessed lot, we sawyers.

Ian, they are Welsh. The dragon logo came from a picture of the Welsh flag and modified a little by substituting the forked tongue and pointed tail with the lightning bolts to represent electricity.

That's a very nice looking dragon you've done there, Bill.

There wouldn't be some Welsh roots in your electrician's family would there - with that dragon and a name like Thomas ..

It just goes to show that if we keep our eyes open, there are patterns all around us. Well done - it's a very cool interpretation.

    Dragon Logo

Last week, one of my friends parents gave me his new business card saying he was starting his own electric business. When I saw the logo on the card I just knew I had to make a cutting of it and give it to him. So I am showing the card and the cutting. I cut it out of red cedar. I called him to come over and give me a bid on running power out to my new shop and I gave it to him today. He was really excited about it and said it was the neatest thing he had ever seen.
