Napkin Holder

These are a Sheila Landry pattern. I used painted veneer for a backer. Wife said she liked the towel holder without a backer. If she is happy I am happy. LOL

Nice work, Trackman. I liked the backer better too. But then, as my wife often reminds me, I know virtually nothing about the tastes of women. But I do know a good piece of workmanship when I see it, and this is good workmanship.

I agree w/ wife. I like the one w/o the backer . . . . it looks bigger!

I liked it so much I just ordered the pattern.

Curious, did you stack cut the 2 sides of the napkin holder?. I will have to look at the veneer option.

Yes the napkin holder was stacked cut out of 3/8" each. The towel holder is 1/2" to give it more weight. The veneer idea is from Sheila Landry.

It was just something we needed for the house. That is what I like about this hobby it is fun an sometimes usefull. Which keeps the wife happy an she doesn't mind me buying more wood. LOL
