These are a Sheila Landry pattern. I used painted veneer for a backer. Wife said she liked the towel holder without a backer. If she is happy I am happy. LOL
Nice work, Trackman. I liked the backer better too. But then, as my wife often reminds me, I know virtually nothing about the tastes of women. But I do know a good piece of workmanship when I see it, and this is good workmanship.

It was just something we needed for the house. That is what I like about this hobby it is fun an sometimes usefull. Which keeps the wife happy an she doesn't mind me buying more wood. LOL
Wow!!!! That is beautiful. Super job of sawing. If I worked it out correctly it took you less than a minute for each opening especially when I look at the amount of time it would take to saw the outline of the bear. Garry
Thanks guys, I have a lot of HDU left over from my sign business in various thicknesses.
HDU doesn't "fuse" or repair itself under heat or friction. Only acrylics and some PVC materials do that. Depending on what part of the world you are in, you would have to google HDU Distributors...
