    I used, and still have, my old Hawk 26 to cut this pattern. I am trying to convince myself to sell it, but am not having much luck along those lines. Upgraded to the Hawk G4 and love it! I have never tried spiral blades as I doubt I would have much luck with them.

    In addition to Gills question, did you use straight or spiral blades.
    Nice work, Big projects can be a challenge.

    It is nice. Which saw did you use to cut it? 16" x 24" can be rather difficult for most machines to handle.

    very nice Buzz, I don't know if its the picture or what but it looks like the wood has a greenish tint to it or if its just a reflection off the background
