Jim - I am stacking.... I have discovered if I cut the opposite way that is my 'comfort zone' I get better stacked cuts..... if I cut the way that feels more natural to me then I get a thinner cut on the bottom piece of wood.... so I am doing some awkward cutting but it is becoming easier for me.
All of the recent ornaments were stacked either two or three pieces of wood deep!
Thank you all for the wonderful comments.

I thought you said you were a beginner? Those are too nice to come from a beginner? Great job.

Some scrollers asking me where I take ideas for new patterns. Here is a good example of using different styles. I made it usual, mechanical, ornament and now floral style. New one has 3 layers, size 7 x 10 inches.
Here is preview of new one and all my butterflies

Reply to God deal or not for CPU?by NC ScrollerI also want to suggest you use Windows Defended, already installed on your machine vs using Norton or McAfee. I am also a big fan of using Glary Utilities, the free verson, to keep the machine clean.
