  • Our pooch:::

    I forgot about this one. I finished it last week & didn't post it. Duh ! Anyway, it's done with 1/4 in. oak ply & woodburned the paw prints. The bottom area is colored with golden oak stain. I made the frame of old barn wood, but, sanded it for a nice aged color. I tested it on a scrap piece to see what it would look like. I really liked the way it came out. Thanks for looking. Oh, by the way Sassy is a Shi-it-su & proud of it.

              Thank you everyone, for the nice comments. I like doing portraits. Oh, PatteM, she only has four feet, but, such a furball ! She was waiting for a overdue haircut. We cut her back in the Spring, because it gets so hot here in Az. Thanks

                  Hi Rhys - I did finally get the center stand for the bike a couple of weeks back after it was stuck in customs for almost a month. Still have to put it on. The paddock stand will help me do this - Lol!

                  Of course you are correct in that the center stand does a similar job but the advantage...

                  Did you ever get the centre stand for the bike? A paddock stand does the same thing finally, I guess.

                  Very nice Jim. You have a very contemporary look now! Since I do cabinet, Entertainment centers, etc. for my work I see a lot of the same looks being done here in Naples. (i.e. large porcelain tiles, lighted dropped ceiling)

                  I do like your use of the space in the door way for additional...

                  Well judging from the photos, it looks like it could be a scroll or band saw. (The photos, although a bit blurred, show a few burrs at the cut.)
