  • Elvis and Patton

    Hello all,
Here are 2 portraits I did this past week-end for a couple of friends of mine. I got The Patton pattern from scroll saw village and it was made by Christina. The Elvis pattern is from the vault here, under "people" with no artist listed. They are made from 1/8" basswood and are 8X10. Dipped in BLO/MS and coated with spray on polyurethane. Any suggestions or comments are always welcome. Thanks for looking.

Nice job. Stars are my nemesis, I can never get them right or get them all the same size.

Those are great patterns, especially Patton. I had my uncle look at it. He served with Patton, and he got shivers, it was so lifelike.

        Super job.

Hi Lance, Actually I do sell enough to pay for wood, blades and my supplies with alittle left over. It is kinda weird. I may not sell nothing for a month or longer but then I will get 2 or 3 sales in a week. Thanks.

PS Bob did an article in the magazine recently about ETSY. I think it may have been within the last 2 magazines that were published.
