Nice work, I like that you have followed the outline of the fish in the second two for the backing and not contained them in a frame. The middle one espescialy, looks very dynamic that way.
Great fret work! I, too, like the idea of following the outline of the project for a backer. I do that often on my projects.
Are these bought patterns or you own? Can they be shared?

Way to go Pat. I have a few largemouth bass of my own. I like your original idea for the finish & no frame. I have used rope for a frame sometimes. Nice job.
Rolf, I had that happen once, the second time it happened I bought a magnetic sheet from amazon, the sheet is super slippery. I did not think it would stick to my Ex so I was going to use double sided tape, but it did stock magnetically just fine....
