    18" Last Supper cross

I made myself cut this cross out today..It's a Sue Mey design.
I cut it out of 1/8" Baltic birch and plan to use 1/4" Walnut for the backer when I finish it..

That's awesome! I almost got that one myself. My girlfriends sister wants a cross to hang in her house and I bought the CIA cross cuz everyone thinks her husband is some kind of CIA or FBI agent or something. I started cutting it this morning. Don

bluelucky I see you are in Indianapolis, I am in Winchester. I would send you a PM but don't know how. Is there any scroll saw clubs in our area? I have just gotten into the hobby an finished 4 projects but could use hands on help if near by. By looks of your cross you know what you are doing, NICE. Thanks

I just bought a Delta 40-650. I could really use a little info/help on a few things. The manual is not very helpful. Tia

It would be really interesting if it were not. That would beg the question of who is making it and how does one know the difference?...

It seems everyone is jumping on the bandwagon with selling scroll saws now. I see the price is in the Pegas range with the stand. Are you certain it is one of the mainland China versions?

Jim, I didn't even consider that possibility, so I went back and tried to find out, but it's a tough company to research.

I would guess the answer is no since ShopSmith started bundling this in 2023, and since some of their resellers today still reference the source company as General International....

                        Randy,
I'm confused. Did ShopSmith buy the Excalibur trademark?
The way I cut, that stand would be a constant hindrance....
