  • Strange compound cut cartoon stork

Came across this pattern when I was looking for a good raindeer pattern. It was in the book the I purchased for the raindeer pat. Cut from pine and finished with shellac and glued to a white cedar slice. About 3 1/2 inches tall.

Very nice. I wish I could do more compound cutting but that is one limit of my saw, anything over 1 1/2" stock hits the blade clamp screw.
It's only a mistake if someone saw you do it.

It's not about what saw you drive. It's about the skill you drive it with.

Reduce the size of the pattern to fit under your blade. I reduce, enlarge, stretch & shrink all at the same time!!! Rapidresizer has a free trial that would work great for that. Just put in the size of your wood and presto! (almost that easy) you have a pattern to fit.

I'll have to try that. I didn't know there was a program that would do that, plus I'm not that good with most programs. Thanks Betty
