Thank a lot for all your replies with nice things that you told me...
Oily, Ok I send my "small" drawing... I'm not engeneer, and my pattern was not so good.
Some remarks: layout is made with a compass and a rule; You can change dimension... and you can use very nice exotic wood (isn't Rick). For the thickness of wood: 1.4cm (may be 9/16"..; if conversion is right?). The high of the small swivel pin is 5 times 1.4cm = 7cm. Glue all rings or "square/cross", before glue the top skip the swivel pin.... I hope that enough!

Very nice Simon. I had been laying the extra cut outs from scrolled baskets on a shelf thinking someday I would find something small to make with the pieces and I also made several of the pen holders. There are fun to make.
