Bought a used but in good condition Craftsman 16 inch scroll saw. No info with it and was wondering what the large red knob on the end of the frame is used for. It has a black tightening knob on top. Red knob is marked "tension" and "release". Any help appreciated. Thanks, K-hornetTags: None
