  • Wood lampshade

    Bonjour every one !

I am looking for a pattern to do a lampshade like this one that I found on the web :

I do not know yet the wood I will be using but certainly color wood like amarante , mahogany, cherry. The base is yellow rounded with black birds, lamp coming from my mom , that she did ( the painting ) on her school when 20 year old.....😎 . It has a stained glass lampshade ( my sister work).

I have some ideas of the shape which could be like this one.
Thanks for your suggestions and ideas!

Looks like a real challenge. Sorry I have never seen a pattern or design.

Merci Billptol ! Lot of good ideas and it seem that the lamp showed come from Russian ! ( or the contrary ! )

I am looking also for ideas with birds on it, which I will have to create the design and format , probably 6 sides .

So thanks again , all the ideas are welcome !

Dan, your questions are a little tough to answer without knowing a little more about this puzzle you're cutting. That said, here are my thoughts:
            • First of all, it would be helpful to know the overall size of this puzzle and how many pieces you're thinking of cutting it into. 1/2" BB is pretty

Hey Denny---I shot you an email with a few questions. I might just have to dip my toe into the world of Pegas blades vs FD. At least to try! Open minded explorations. Thank you ! Linda
