need help on portrait pattern please

need some help on getting a pattern made for a friend of one of her granddaughter thought maybe some could help me out still workin on a a pattern i'm doing but been havin problem with the eyes i still have 3 mnths before it needs to be done for a upcoming wdding but i thought maybe some of ya all could help out here are 2 photo i'm tryin to work with. thanks if anyone can help . i know i haven't been on here for a good while hopefullly be back more often.
