Pattern Request

Is it possible to make a pattern from this picture? - this was taken in 2003 - that was the last time my father and I were able to go fishing together. They will be celebrating their 63rd wedding anniversary this year and I thought it would make a nice memento.

Jay, Sorry I couldn't find more detail in that picture. Perhaps if you had a better picture I could get more detail. This one may be OK if you cut it small.

Thanks so much - you've done a lot better than I had imagined might be possible. I had guessed that the lack of contrast in the picture and his shaded face might not make for the best of conversions to a pattern - but this is great - I think with a little cropping and some manual tinkering this will turn out more than fine.
