help with pattern please!

Could someone please help turn this photo into a pattern. I have been struggling with it for a couple of days and can't seem to get a grasp on it. I just need the faces without the background.

Here is my attempt. I did just a real quick pattern. Hope it works for you. If you would like more detail in the pattern (like the stripes on the boys shirts) I can do it; just let me know. Anyways, hope you like it. --ekmouse
