My Favorite Uncle Pls Help

After a short break I am back in the shop and the dust is flying.

I now need your help for my next project. I will include two photos of my Uncle Buddy. He is my favorite Uncle and he passed away shortly after my Grandfather did. I would like to do this for his wife if anyone can please help I will be grateful.
