Portrait help needed...

I know, I lurk a LOT! But, I have come upon an issue I'm struggling with and hope someone will be kind enough to help me out =)

My niece was married this year, but no one had a proper camera to take pics - now she's asked me to make a portrait for her that she can give her new husband this Christmas - I have tried to enlarge the photo, but it isn't clearing anything up. I'm desperately running out of time!

Anyway, any help would be appreciated - and I will definitely give credit to the pattern designer if you're able to help =)

Instead of a portrait, could you cut it as a puzzle? It's not what she asked for but she might go along with it if you explain the limitations.

Thank you Keith - I did ask her, but she said that when she saw a recent portrait I had completed that that is why she wanted one to commemorate her "big day" - unfortunately, my asking has thrown her into a panic! sigh... I greatly appreciate your suggestion though; I have created many puzzles and hopefully, under better circumstances, she will have one done =)

Freida, I have been playing with it and have got the subjects kinda sorta recognizable but not much detail. If I continue with this one and clean it up, will it be of any use or am I just spinning my wheels?
