          I'm afraid Trapper hasn't posted in over 2 years. You did a nice job. Get a piece of 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood and cut it out remove the black. I'd begin in the center and work my way out. You may want to leave a few more bridges around the perimeter of his face to strengthen the piece.
