Custom Word Art and Christmas Patterns

We have updated our site and a newsletter is about to go out to subscribers. We have a ton of new patterns this update.



We have some word art and ornaments, Sheila has made a couple patterns with complete alphabets included so you can make your own word art, or you can use the new custom word art product on the site to insert your own custom wording in the popular style with the script across the front. I am including a photo to give you a few ideas for the custom pattern.

That train ornament looks pretty insane, Keith. But I'm just about crazy enough to cut it anyways

A Facebook friend wanted to prove he could cut filigrees with a spiral so I sent him that one to try.

It is a bit crazy. Perhaps a bit more intricate that the rest of the set, but I thought it looked good and I didn't want to change it. I recommend a 2/0 blade with all the filigrees (I really like Olsons), and if you choose wood that offers the right amount of resistance it helps a lot.

The quality of your saw will certainly play a factor with detail work like this too. If you have a lot of vibration, or an aggressive blade arc, something like this will be much harder.

Would like to thank Keith and Sheila for the great custom patterns, really appreciate it and great people. I use FD 2/0 to cut out, and they work great, just have to slow down the speed. And I don't like Spirals. edward
