  • New patterns from Commercial Designers

With all of the new members coming on board (and all the other changes we're making), I thought this would be a good time to remind members of the rules about showing new designs for sale.

Part of the joy of this site is that we have a large number of commercial designers who stop in often. As a thank you to them, we allow them to post photos of completed cuttings of their new designs. But to keep this from turning into blatant advertising, we ask that you do not post a direct link to the purchase page of the pattern in the body of the message. A link to your website in the signature is acceptable.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Best regards,
    Bob Duncan

Ok that covers the people that know what they are doing. Can you start another one that covers the rest of us. " New burn pile patterns from pretend designers" LOL..

You mean I can't advertise my tooth pick patterns for sale? Shucks and I thought I was going to make a fortune on them. Greatdane we need to start a toothpick pattern thread then. LOL

I was using my older Colewood Super pro II yesterday and I could not control the temperature. As soon as I turned it on the tip went to the max. I opened it up to have a look.

It seems that new members don't present themselves in the new members section. If anyone spots a new member encourage them to introduce themselves in the new member section.

I will send Kaylee a note to see who is overseeing the forum.

As you know, we lost a ton of folks during the time the board was being redone and a lot of them ended up at the Village and have never looked back.
As far as updates to the software, I am with Scott on having no clue. I do wish some of the old timers would check in from time to time, even...
