I'm in Bluejean ...I mean Eugene, Oregon. Where old hippies never die - or is it come to die - I forget. Fondly referred to as Track Town USA (Prefontain track meet on now) Track Olympic trials, running and bike paths galore. Not that I do either.

A little over an hour to the west is the Pacific Ocean - a little over an hour to the east is the mountains (the really big ones )

Originally from Connecticut - moved to Toronto and lived there for 20 years, now been her for about 17 years.

Hoping to retire on the Oregon Coast one day.

The Poconos are great! We've got friends in East Stroudsburg....Jill and Scott who own and operate Liztek Jewelry. They make really fantastic creations and are both wonderful people.

I'm retired now and live in Lewis county TN near summertown. I have 12 acres that use to be part of a diary farm back some 70 years or so. My work shop is the old diary barn. (see picture)

Thanks for the advice Linda, I may have to do that. The future bride and groom are avid golfers so I would like to do something special for them. Also I am Godfather to the bride and I'm very humbled that she asked me to do this for her.
