    Shot in the foot

I'm new at this, and I haven't touched a Scroll Saw in 50 years.
I think I shot myself in the foot without thinkling, I bought a Pro-Tech 3303 from Craigs List without investigating it, (Looked Good)
Anyway the guy I got it from didn't have any info about it, I thought I could go home and just search the internet to find operation instruction.
No such luck-The main thing I have problems with is the locking lever on top of the arm, I have tried to change the blade and cannot get the tension to let go. It's not much good if I can't change blades.
    HELP-I need a manuel
