hi everone from boby. Need help has anyone got a wood gear jig for cutting wood gears. Have looked on internet till blue in the face.

I guess it depends on the accuracy you require.
I have had success cutting gears freehand after I glued the pattern to the wood.
Here is a jig someone made using stepper motors
He also has some great marble machines in his site.
I have an article in a Fine Woodworking book, on cutting gears using a router and a jig.
Here is a link for some wooden gear clocks with free patterns, some are laser cut, some are CNC and others are bandsawn
