  • 2 Year Suscription

    In today's mail was an offer for a 2 year special subscription. I'm not sure about the marketing section of ScrollSaw Woodworking and Crafts.. I checked and in January I had subscribed for a 2 year subscription. Not quite sure why they wanted another subscription. Must be some wires crossed.

    It all depends on when you subscribed and how that relates to the the dates when they pulled the names for the mailings... It takes a while for those names to be organized and the mailings sent, so its totally possible that you subscribed right after after they pulled those names.

        I received the same mailing with two different addresses. And I know that I renewed for 2 yrs the past fall. Also the mailings did not indicate that this was a renewal. It looked like mailing for new subscribers. I was beganing to think that it was Spam, but the return address is correct for their office in PA.

          I seem to remember that I could check my expiration date online.

            I got the same mailing. Checked my subscription by logging into this website, and mine's good through Summer 2019. But like mentioned above, there was more than one address used. Street address vs. P.O. Box.

                On this website, if you go to the top of the page, there is a blue band and you would click on "ScrollSawer.com"
                Then on a similarly located band, click on "Subscribe" and then "Manage Account".
                Once there, I logged into my account and it gave me everything on my subscription.

                        I was also surprised to receive subscription renewal cards at home and at work. I checked online and I have a year left of my current subscription. Sorry, but the thought "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" crossed my mind.

                          I thought scammers. Then I questioned my own memory as to when my subscription does expire. Then I thought, crikey the magazine is spending a lot of money double soliciting people. On the up side, it got us all talking!

                            I am sure it is an automated mailing system. With no filters to check current expiration's. The good thing as Linda stated it creates discussion and for me it makes me check my dates. It seems that I have lost all track of time since retiring.

                              How can one tell when their subscription is coming due? Is there a place to check on the website?

                                Just know that you have to phone in your order, their delivery is fast and very friendly folks.!

                                The problem with any of the inserts you never know when they were made and how old the battery is. I bought a bunch of inserts...

                                Actually, it was about the animals stacked on top of one another. For some reason I can't find that issue. And my secret was about turning my alligator into a horse. Thanks for the info on Iggy and Scott. I will definitely check it out.
