I haven't received summer issue...

I'm very desappointed because I haven't received the last issue. it' now very late, we are May 11th... please, could you find a solution for me?

It all depends when the issue mails out; sometimes the issue mails out in the middle of the month, and sometimes it mails out at the end of the month. I would check in with customer service ([email protected]) to make sure everything is correct from their side.

ok, but in the past issue arrived around the 10 of the month...and we are the 24th..

It mailed to subscribers in late March, and since it's an overseas subscription, it can take some time to get there. Even here in the U.S., the postal service has up to 6 weeks to deliver it.
