I renewed my magazine several months ago with an offer of 2 years and the boxes and bowls special issue. I got the summer issue so my renewal went through but I haven't gotten the special issue yet. So my question is, has it been released yet?

Those special issues are sent out at specific times; you may have renewed right after the last send date. I'd drop a line to our customer service folks at [email protected]. They'll be able to help. (I'm on a mac and can't access the subscription software).
