      Mac-

I'll be there. There's been talk of getting together for dinner on Thursday night, but I don't know where or what time. Let us know DobD .

          I'll be there . . .

          Hi Mac,

I'm a new member, just been scrolling about three months, and am looking forward to meeting people, learning, and seeing what other people are doing at the Open House. Are there any plans for people to identify themselves as members of this forum? Have there been Open Houses before this, or is this a first?

          See you next Friday.

            SSW&C open house

            Hi Carole,

Make up a name tag, and mention the forum.

Yes, but not like this one, they went all out.

            See, you in PA...

I will be attending. This will be my first open house attended. I will have a yellow and black nametag on that says lucky788scroller , be sure to knock me one if you see me!I would suggest maybe making yourself a nametag with your screen name Handibunny. Also, a few of us might get together Thursday night for a while if you will be around. Just drop BobD a message. Dale

                Yellow & Black ?

                Dale,

Is the "Yellow and Black" name tag, part of your FBI training, using a color code for the DeWalt gang to get together, and then gang up on the Hawk group.

Becareful, your being watched by the groupies and the forum monitors.

My bags are packed, I’m ready to go. It just so happens that the missus and I are leaving for Strasburg PA tomorrow morning. Seeing as how we’ll be so close, you can bet we’ll be showing up for some, if not all, of the Open House. This will be my first time attending such an event, so if you happen to bump into me, be gentle.

                            Change of Plans

We, will be there on Friday, not on Saturday.

I'm bringing my 3 Rotweilers, with their muzzles on. So, don't worry Dale.

(please do not try to pet them)

                            See you on Friday.

It doesn’t matter whether the saw table tilts or the saw arm tilts. Either can be used for any project cut at an angle, and there’s a learning curve for each.

I actually prefer the tilting table because the blade remains vertical. I find that at really steep angles, like 40 or 45 degrees,...

This is the tapestry I found in the cedar chest. We can’t identify where the pictures are from. Two among many. I also forgot to mention dad was also in the army Fife and Drum Corps and also played with a big band when he was discharged. Have to find that info....

What a morning. The therapists were quite pleased with what he could do. He took the wrap off today and he can walk with the walker with very little pain. It’s getting the leg completely straight that is hard to do. It’s when his brother stopped in that things went off rails. Rolf, we are talking...

If you are referring to 3D Compound cutting, the blade is 90 degrees to the table and not tilted. I use the tilting head for things like inlays and Carole's bowls. If you want a tilting arm, be sure it is rack and pinion. Look at other features that may fit your needs. As a Pegas dealer, I can help...

I think the foot release was an option. I don’t see the pulley for it on the back of yours. Although it may have been removed. It is a very simple concept, it’s a cable attached to the back of the saw to release the arm
