      Thanks

Thanks, Shannon, for posting the schedule. I'll look it over and plan which classes I want to attend.

Also, I have ordered my tickets on-line and I was just wondering when they will be sent out. Getting close now.

Can't wait to see the quilt.

      Thanks,

      -Bill

        Pre-Purchased Tickets

I believe they were getting the packets together to mail on Friday. If they didn't make it out on Friday - they'll be going out today.

An idea so far out there it wont get back home

I know I would love to go to the Open House but it won't happen this year.
The idea I have is too little too late.
It would be cool to have a live webcam of the open house to be broadcast on the forum.
I know it is too much work for this year but maybe in the future we could see one. That way the people who do not get to go can still be a part of the event.

I'm hoping some kind soul might take a few video clips for the benefit of those who live too far away to attend.

Shannon, do we need tickets in advance to attend the open house?

You can purchase them in advance or at the door; whichever is easier for you!

Im not Shannon, my hair is never done up as pretty as hers, and I am not nearly as talented (and possibly as friendly ) as her, but I do know the answer. No, it does not have to be bought in advance! If you do though, you save a few dollars, and get a nice folder of info and a treat even! Check out the link to the right, that says open house. Dale

I got my packet & wrist band last week. I already picked out the classes I want to attend. I can only be there one day so I have to squeeze alot into that time. I mentioned something to hubby about the chain saw carving and I got that "are you crazy" look! LOVE THESE NEW SMILIES!!

                            Shannon or BobD-

BTW I noticed that some classes are at a couple of churches. Are they are within walking distance? (And I don't mean "just down the road about a mile or two")

Also, will it be cold up there yet? being from Florida 60 is a bit cool.

                            See you there, can't wait.

I can't make any promises about the weather <grin>

It's been in the 70s the past week up here...so I'd bring a light jacket...and leave the tropical print shorts at home <grin>

The churches are all within 2 blocks of our office...so it's easy walking distance...It's something like .2 miles at the most.
