For a breast prosthesis implant. Excuse me billing department, but it was a knee replacement! Then right under it they have replacement of knee joint, both sides. Can’t make this stuff up. This should result in some interesting conversations with the hospital. I found this on page 14 of a 28 page medicare summary.

The good thing is that it's so transparently incorrect it shouldn't be too hard to get it corrected. I hate carelessness and incompetence. Even if you can get things fixed, what a waste of time!

Is there something about Bruce you aren't telling us.
From my last few doctor visits there has been an assistant typing in all of the information while the doctor is talking.
As difficult as it is to to read this stuff, it is always a good idea to verify the information.Rolf

by RolfThere may have been some crud on the tips from manufacturing.
In the ~20 years of scrolling I never cleaned the ends of my blades until recently. Even with the Pegas clamps I was having some blade slippage, I now scuff the ends of my blades with some 220 grit paper End of problem.!...-

If problem continues you may have spread the clamps in the process of tighten blades. A common problem with OEM parts. This issue will disappear by replacing...-
