  • New England trip

We're planning a trip to New England soon. Hitting all the states.

Any recommendations for places that are a must see, great hidden gems, or wonderful places to eat?

Any good woodworking spots I should put on the itinerary?

    Thanks.

We have made two trips to Cape Cod and while it is neat, we really enjoyed our day on Cape Ann, MA. And, we didn't even visit Salem.

Well if you decide to take in Long Long Island let me know. We live in a quaint Village , Bellport , it is about 70 miles east of Manhattan.
The east end is beautiful but crazy busy this time of the year. How will you be traveling?

We will be traveling by car. Going to Vermont (Skyline drive, Rock of Ages, and a maple farm) first then New Hampshire (Flume Gorge, we did Mount Washington before. Can't do that again. Scary.), Maine (Acadia National Park, Cape Elizabeth), Massachusetts (Boston and the Freedom Trail and whale watching from Plymouth) then home through Rhode Island and Connecticut. Not sure what we're going to do in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
