Welcome back Ray. I spent two nights in hospital earlier this month, so have a current sense of the unsettling experience. Hope prognosis is good.

one day to remove a tumor from my belly PLUS two weeks plus days to recover
NOW I need to pay the bills that I forgot to pay
we need a law that will protect the people who got too sick to take to care of their bills

Most companies will wave the late fees if you can show you were in the hospital or rehab when the bill came due. Just ask. You have nothing to loose.

Been going thru a lot of song and dance lately in regards to my heart and what they are calling an abnormality on my lung x ray. I hope you are feeling better. It does tend to make your mind come up with different scenarios.

Ray, glad to hear you are on the mend. Hospital stays are not fun at all. Just when you think you will get lots of rest, they move someone else into your room who has more problems that you do...and keeps you awake.

If you get hit with interest and penalties on credit cards because you were a few days late in payment, Call Them ASAP and explain the situation. I've had major credit card companies reverse the penalty/interest charges because I was a couple days late.
