I just happen to noticed that this forum "clock " are 4 hours ahead of mine time zone and I wonder what clock zone are the forum are in

Hi Ray,
You can set your time zone in the options page (in the bar above the forum select User CP then Edit Options). From the four hour difference I'm guessing that you are in Eastern Daylight Time and the board is set to Universal Time (aka Greenwich Mean Time, which is confusing since the town of Greenwich is an hour off of GMT in the summer).
Our hosts at Fox Chapel are in Pennsylvania, and we have members world wide.
