  • clean camper!

Don't know how many of you know this "trick," maybe everbody but me. lol

To clean my camper I used one gallon of bleach and about 10 oz of dawn soap in a pump up garden spayer. It worked best with the camper dry. Then used the garden hose to wash it off. The camper looks new. Even the stains on the awning that wouldn't come off with SOS pads cleaned up. All this without using anything but a garden hose. I have a 30' 5th wheel camper an it took about 3 gallons of bleach.

Hmmm...I was always told bleach would rot tires. My awning is colored and I don't think I would want to bleach it. But if this works for you, great!

My awning is colored also an it didn't hurt it, just clean. The man that told me about this has been doing it for years. Not sure about tires never heard about bleach hurting rubber.

My favorite way to clean the awning is bleach and Dawn in the garden sprayer then roll it up and let sit a half hour then unroll and rinse.

When we had our 5th wheel and other trailers, I cleaned them the same way. Never had a problem with bleach hurting anything....I think it may have been watered down enough to keep from causing problems

Plumber told us that using Dawn will help alot in keeping drains running free.
Been using it for several years with good results.
