Under the "woodworking" section of the mags title

As I mentioned a few weeks age. I recently purchased a mini lathe. It has been over 45 years since I got to work with one. I am really surprised that skills I picked up in high school are still there. Really makes me feel good that I can remember things from the "olden days".
Anyway, I have been making pens this week. I made these today.
They are oak, mesquite, mulberry, mesquite, black walnut and mesquite again.

Looks really good Stephen...you picked it up right where you left off. Working a lathe is something I have not tired as yet....to many other tools to use I guess.
